Airstream of Orange County is the best place to have your airstream serviced. I bought a used but loved airstream from them. The parts wear out and need fixing or replacing. I brought my “new” trailer to get fixed and the service department worked as a team to get the job done. Matt, the Service manager, pulled his pool of talented folks like Erick S, Ole, and Scott P on my issues and they got it done the first time. I highly recommend them! Thank you Matt, Erick S, Ole and Scott for fixing my airstream!!!

Thank you Bobby and Airstream OC for making our dream come true! Awesome experience thanks to Bobby who is simply amazing and the team. Bobby helped us purchase our 2024 Airstream RangeLine, it honestly has been one of the best experiences ever. He was so helpful in every way possible and I truly feel we not only got our dream camper van but also gained a friend with Bobby! He gave us all kinds of helpful information and support. Just got back from our first trip to a beautiful local RV park that he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our Airstream and so grateful for the team at Orange County. Eric was wonderful as well, he taught us how to use everything and made it a fun and memorable experience. Candice was great with the financing and good at communicating throughout the process. Bought our Bambi new from Airstream Orange County a couple of years ago and decided to do a couple of upgrades (better fan, lithium electrical system). Scott Peterson in the service department obviously wants to give us the best service possible, answering all our questions and following up on the works progress. Ole is the main mechanic, and he is a true artist! His knowledge of the Airstreams and his attention to detail is very old school, don't hesitate to trust him with your baby.

Recently had an issue with an LPG Sensor. I couldn’t get it installed correctly and the team at Airstream OC came to my rescue. The fix was a simple one and they handled it for me while I waited. We will definitely use them for service on our trailer in the future!

I owe them much gratitude for helping me with the information and quick fix for my 4 1/2 hour drive home. They both followed up multiple times to check and see if the problem was resolved. Airstream OC is THE best in the business.They have an excellent selection of new and preowned trailers, awesome staff and knowledgeable team members. To name a few Bobby (Sales), Candice (Finance), Matt (Service) and Erik (Orientation Guru) and the upper management are a class act. We are a young family, transitioning from a Sprinter Camper and found our dream setup in an amazing 19CB. The team invested time to show us options, and provide a very thorough delivery day overview to ensure our confidence in towing and using properly was provided. It wasn’t the most expensive trailer on their lot, but they still treated us like royalty. And that, in itself made me feel like they aren’t so concerned about the price tag, but the experience and right fit for your needs.Our first trip was a success, and we couldn’t be more proud and excited for more adventures ahead with our new Airstream.There is nothing like them - and the legacy and craftsmanship these tiny homes on wheels bring to the travel trailer sector is unmatched. We met with Bobby A and had a wonderful experience. We found exactly what we were looking for and didn' t feel pressured and we were able to look at as many trailers as we wanted. We were also able to ask any questions and did not feel rushed. We arrivwd at opening, and spent several hours, walking around and looking at the models we were interested in.We were askung questions about length of time that the batteries could hold the charge, how ling we could stay off grid, what type of warranty was provided. We were very satisfied with the answers we were given.I would recommend this location for the quality of service that we received from Bobby as he was respectful and knowledgeful. He went out of his way to enable us to see a model that we were interested in that was off site, at the service location, to allow us to view it. This helped us to finalize our decision on which model we are going with.Thank you Bobby for taking tje time to make our experience great at Airstream of Orange. We will be back.

What a great Service Department! I spoke to Matt who told me to come right in. Ole, Scott, and Tony were very attentive to my concerns and addressed each one in a friendly, competent manner. For the items that could not be addressed immediately, they gave me alternate plans to have handled. I was very satisfied with the service I received.Special thanks to Tony who kept coming out to address the things I forgot to mention.

The Service Team was great to work with. They were a strong advocate for us with Airstream on some warranty items. There was nothing major but pesky issues like trim too short, bowing wall, A/C blower motor noise, etc. Thank you Esme for tracking down the details! Scott, Matt, and Robert were responsive and kept me up to date. It took awhile to get everything done (approvals with Airstream seem to take some time) and we worked together to drop it off at different times for them to complete the work. We appreciate the Airstream company standing behind their product as well. Thanks A-Team!
